Make your gym friends jealous with this muscle building chocolate delight!

Your muscles need to be replenished so they can grow after a grueling workout. Here is the protein shake that will maximize your hard work at the gym.

You will need:


Ice: A little bit of water never hurt anyone!

Peanut Butter: Packed with protein, manganese, and niacin, when eaten in moderation can  fight heart disease and promote weight loss

Low-fat milk. 2% is fine. All calcium and protein for healthy bones and muscle
Bananas, packed with potassium, fiber, and vitamin B6 
Chocolate Protein powder packed with muscle building powers like amino acids


You will also need an ice shaver and some sort of blender. 


My Instructions for Making a Chocolate Protein Shake:
1. Add ice, protein powder, and milk in the blender. And pulse for a few seconds.
2. Add cut up banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter in the mix. Pulse a bit more.
3. If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk. If too thin, and more ice.
4. Drink up as soon as you finish at the gym.
